TeleRay

TeleRay is a secure, integrated virtual care and telehealth platform that displays radiology from PACS, providing clinicians with a more holistic view of patients. This enables more engaging consultations when reviewing images, labs, and reports, resulting in higher patient compliance. Family members, friends, and outside physicians may be included in any consultation, covering every use case from intake to discharge, including telenursing, telesitting, telestroke, tele ICU, security, and AI applications.

Fully integrated with Epic telenursing and available as a FHIR application, they offer the ability to add callers from outside institutional walls, including physicians, family members, and others, to any call. Nurses and clinicians may add images from PACS and other patient data, such as results and reports, for real-time review. They have partnered with Axis cameras to deliver superior clarity, quality, and pan, tilt, and zoom functionality, offering greater control, including presets. Additional AI tools include patient fall risk and elopement detection, cough alerts, aggression alerts, and device monitoring. TeleRay also offers live streaming of modalities such as ultrasound, fluoroscopy, C-arms, MRI, CT, and others for real-time viewing of procedures, patient positioning, and probe positioning. Live streaming may take place in-room or in a radiology suite as part of any consultation. Mobile carts are also available for portability across numerous use cases. They are used by thousands of sites, including 70% of the top 50 medical centers, and are growing rapidly in the virtual care space.
