Timothy Kelley is the CSO and Chairman of TeleRay, bringing over three decades of experience in healthcare technology, medical marketing, and health information systems. He built TeleRay into a telehealth radiology platform that integrates image management, patient data, and live consultations across major healthcare institutions.

Timothy previously co-founded Sutherland Technologies and served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at TDK Medical, securing OEM partnerships with GE, Siemens, and Philips across North America, South America, and Europe.
