BIOGRAPHY

Richard Blake is the Chair of McDonald Hopkins' Government Compliance, Investigations and White Collar Defense Practice Group, bringing more than 35 years of experience in both government service and private practice. He spent 20 years with the United States Army, Department of Treasury, and Department of Justice, including work in the DOJ Organized Crime Strike Force and Economic Crimes Unit.

For over 15 years, Richard has focused his private practice on assisting clients in criminal and civil matters including healthcare fraud, securities fraud, Controlled Substance Act violations, contract procurement fraud, and public corruption.
