Rachel Carey is a healthcare attorney and counsel at McDonald Hopkins, advising ambulatory surgery centers, anesthesia and cardiac programs, orthopedic practices, behavioral health providers, and digital health and telehealth companies on compliance, reimbursement, and audit issues. She helps clients build monitoring and virtual care structures, including RPM and RTM programs, that are sustainable and defensible under scrutiny.
