Josh Geiger is the Portfolio Manager for Access and Operations at the Veterans Health Administration, where he supports strategic planning and performance across the organization. He works closely with the Deputy Chief Operating Officer and senior leaders to translate departmental goals into operational plans, initiatives, and measurable outcomes.

Josh previously served as the Director of Operations for the National Emergency Medicine Office, overseeing budgets, HR activities, and policy development. He brings deep experience in managing internal and external communications and driving nationwide improvements in telehealth access and operational efficiency.
