James Marcin is the Director of the Center for Health and Technology at the UC Davis School of Medicine and the Vice Chair for Research in the Department of Pediatrics. His clinical work spans the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at UC Davis Children's Hospital.
James leads research and advocacy on access to quality care for under-resourced populations. His focus spans telehealth delivery, support for children with special healthcare needs, and the system-level reforms needed to strengthen frontline pediatric services across underserved rural and urban communities.
